This cigarette case/lighter combo was (presumably) given to Chauncey V. Kelly (CVK), a founding member, musical director and conductor of the Savannah Symphony Orchestra from 1953-1969. He then went on to join his Alma Mater, Carnegie Mellon University, as Head of Orchestral Activities and Assistant Head of the Music Department.
